Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department, taking messages, and screening calls
- Managing mail-Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail, faxes, and packages
- Scheduling meetings for employees, coordinating schedules, and prioritizing meeting requests
- Overseeing office supplies and equipment, and reporting malfunctions
- Responding to customer inquiries, processing bills, and helping customers with questions
- Keeping the reception area and common areas clean and tidy
- Faxing, transcribing, filing, and photocopying documents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
Salary:
$25 per hour
